Our policy lasts 30 days from the time you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be complete and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with shipping stabilizer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you no longer have the receipt, please email us with your order # and we will be happy to assist you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
items with obvious signs of damage or deformation:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Return without shipping stabilizer or original boxes
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please do not fear though, we reject on average less than 1 out of every 100 refund requests -- Our customers are our first priority. Once a refund is issued, you should see the funds within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (what do I do?)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, (after 1-3 business days of issuance), and you have confirmed in your bank account details that a charge was not returned -- please contact us immediately so we may resolve it.
Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
We typically do not offer refunds on Items sold through a clearance sale. Please contact us if you believe you should receive a refund for a product and we will do our best to resolve it with you. Always remember, our customers are our first priority.
Exchanges (I love the item, but it's not exactly right)

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
**Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping of returned items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, you are responsible for shipment of item and no refund will be reimbursed until we receive return shipment.
